First of all, let me say that I've never written a hotel review before, but this place "inspired me" like no other. I stay in A LOT of hotels and motels - this time I just plain made a mistake.

We made a reservation 2 months before an event and realized it was 2 hours away from where we needed (website is unclear about location 'from the Gorge', but yes, our fault). We called and they said they were going to charge us anyway. We cancelled through our credit card company but consider that poor service and would not re-book or recommend to others.

This motel committed Fraud against me by withdrawing moneys from my account when I did not even have a reservation for a room a this motel, had not even called this motel for a reservation. I have never even been at this motel or seen it in person. Had planned to visit the Quincy area in August.

Easy to find. Rooms were not the nicest. Stayed there while working in Quincy. The staff is friendly The rates are good. You can't expect the Ritz for the price.
