The owner and his wife are warm friendly people who bent over backwards to accomadate us. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. We are duck hunters and Dick the owner went out of his way to help us have a good hunt. I would give this motel five stars for service and hospitality. We will make a point of staying here when ever we are in the area.

The owner is a Dick funny cuz thats his name. His wife is extremely rude to guests. The owner makes people go out to the side of the motel to talk or do any kind of activity. The maid they have doesnt like to do her job, cleaning and changing the sheets, taking out the trash, and complains about the smoke n the smokeing rooms. The place is just a dump, the rooms r way too small to do anything or store anything in.

The guy who runs this place is as nice as can be when you are calling to ask questions or reserve the room, but don't be fooled. He quoted us one price and then charged us a higher daily rate when we checked out. He also told us repeatedly that it would not be a problem if we decided to leave one day early.
