Positives: Good location, welcomed my pet (who was in Pullman for an operation), and was very economical.

Negatives: Toilet was filthy, remote TV controller only sporadically worked, and if you closed the door on the bathroom you would get locked in though there was no lock on the door.

At rates about the same as a Motel 6, I would stay at Motel 6 if there were one.

I stay at the Cougar Land Motel quite often, so do my peers. We've never had a complaint. The front desk help is always friendly and inviting. Rooms are always clean and put together well. Also you cannot beat the rates.

It looked frumpy from the outside but rooms were clean including bathroom. I was afraid to try the cooktop on the stove as it looked quite old and some parts were loose. Beds were comfortable. Check first if you might extend your stay as prices and availability may change due to home games. All in all a true value.

I took my little boys with me and we had a nice room right across the street from a school so there was a big hill to roll down. The beds were comfortable, the room was a great price. Nothing fancy but clean and quiet.
