friendly is not a word the so called owner knows. I would never stay there and hope she looses the place. Someone with no people skills should not work with customers. You can not keep customers if you don't know how to be polit. A smile goes a long way she should learn how to smile

I just like saving money and this is the place to do it. Very large rooms and they are nice and clean. No pool or extra things to pay extra for. Coffee and something in the morning and fresh popcorn at night. This is one great place for the bargain hunter.

We come to Fergus for horse shows at Red Horse, and this motel is perfect if you are coming in late and just need a place to crash. It is well kept for a mom and pop motel. It is clean, and the people are very nice. If you simply need a bed to sleep in, this is a nice place to stay.
