A Great ShowWe liked the Show (Charlie Pride). It was great. We gambled before the show and won a little. But after the show the machines totally shut down and wouldn't pay anything. Got disgusted and left.OVERALL

a great place to stayThe room was spotless...the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. The bathroom was very large with a tub and a shower...nice. We will definitely go back and will recommend it to our friends.
The room was decorated nicely and the view from the 10th floor was incredible.OVERALLService

Dealers are great!The dealers here are some of the best I have ever seen anywhere including Vegas, but one thing that needs to be fixxed is the pit bosses, well except two that we had the pleasure of meeting. Laura and Jason were very pleasant and friendly. but the rest really need some good customer training. They were very rude and seemed to have their noses to ...1 of 1 Yahoo! Fun but needs workChip in Casino is a fun place to be but really needs to go back to focusing on Customers. Somehow they have managed to forget that it is the customers that come back that make a difference. The bartenders, dealers and restaurant employees are friendly enough and do make your stay there pleasurable but they need managment more accountable ie: drink slips, comp coupons and restaurant prices.4 of 4 Yahoo!
