We brought a steelhead there which they stored in their freezer for a week so that we could get it mounted without charging extra for storage. Had 2 Salmon filleted and smoked which came out awesome. They stored everything for a week until we were going home. The people that work there were great and very polite. We got back our whole fish. (definately was not substituted with any other fish)This was definately a place that we would go back to.
