just want to say that I have experienced both owners of this establishment and while the previous owners did not pay attention to detail the new owners have. From the snow storm of 08 which they were most helpful in assisting us to get to a hockey game, from the reimbersement of the heater...the new owners are trying very hard to build there ...

I had been here on a fishing trip years back and it wasn't THAT bad. I stayed recently and it was by far worse. The sheets were stained and reaked of mildew. P.U We went to get lunch, came back and there were little black hairs in the toilet bowl and sink as if someone took their morning shower in there?!? NASTY! The guy who owns/runs this dump ...

We have purchased the previously known, Black Walnut Motel. These previous reviews are not in relation to us as new owners and managers of the newly renovated "All Seasons Inn". Though we kept the same phone number, everything else has changed. New are a newly established business with much higher standards than the previous owners. ...

The Inn is now under new management and, I am pleased to say that any issues from the previous reviews are being addressed. In short the entire operation is being renovated, with assurance that any further stay will be clean, pleasant, smoke free and affordable. This place should be burned, hauled away and a landfill should take it's place. The landfill would smell better and serve a better purpose. The rooms STINK. I saw RAW SEWAGE RUNNING FROM BEHIND THE PLACE. RAW SEWAGE!!!!!!!
