This hotel has new management every year. It is getting more and more disgusting every year. The price is good, but the conditions are terrible. The pool was filled with garbage the last time we stayed there and there was a ham sandwich still in the microwave. The owner should be ashamed of the condition of this motel. It is a health hazard ...

The management is trying, but I would definitely wait until next summer to see what happens. We could see under our front door to the outside. Leaves blew in from outside. The smoke detector buzzed/hummed all night. Never had maid service. Stayed two nights. Wasn't in the room much. Price quoted over the phone did not include tax so it was more than I thought it would be.

this was the most disgusting place i have ever seen. stained carpets, dirty bathrooms, sheets and pillowcases were stained with who knows what, parking lot was nothing but potholes, ice machine had mold growing in it. I would sleep under a bridge before i ever went back to that place. way over priced for what you get. they should pay you to stay there. HEALTH HAZARD.

The weekend of July 18th me my husband and 3 kids stayed at this motel i would not let my kids touch anything the floor was disgusting you could feel the grime on your feet there was dirt on the pillowcases and bedspread. This place really is NASTY save your money if you can't find a place in okoboji stay in another town it is worth the drive. HEALTH HAZARD

This Motel is under new management as of Dec. 5th,2007. As I stayed there this last Monday they were very nice and accomadating. They made sure we had all what we needed and the room was nice and clean. As they mentioned to me that it is getting more in shape as each day goes by since they took ove there. I would stay there again and hope the best for them. Gene

it was dirty with trash everywhere. there was hair everywhere and seamen all over the beds. never go to this hotel it is a health HAZARD!!
