Room (double) was large, but smelled musty and was not very clean. Cracks in the walls and peeling wall paper, plus worn and dirty carpet. No blankets on the beds, guess the bedspreads were supposed to do double duty, and the sheets were stained and gray. Didn't even try the breakfast, was told only juice and muffins. Went to the McDonalds across the street.

We stayed 2 nights in one of the suites with jacuzzi and fireplace. Room was not very clean. Cable didn't work. Very noisy! Had to wait for a towel to dry hands on for a few hours while they did laundry. Website states Full Hearty Continental Breakfast included. We stayed here on our anniversary 15 years ago it was great. We went back in Nov. 2005, got the same room (the red bridal suite), and left after two hours. Its a prime location for the hotel. Everything is so nearby. Not only that but the staff was so friendly and always there to help and answer questions. Also the continental breakfast in the morning was delicious and the price for the rooms is so reasonable!. Just a nice cozy hotel in a nice cozy town of Chesaning! Can't wait to go back when I visit Chesaning for the Showboat week this year in july!
