It was great.My two friends and I spent our annual Spring Fling in Penn Yan...it was a first for us to visit the Finger Lakes...The gal at the Desk on 5/17/08 around Noon was very rude. We had just arrived in town and thought we would see if we could check in early..It was pouring down rain. She made it very clear Check In is 3 PM...with no suggestions of ...3 of 3 Yahoo! Not very accomadatingMy friends and I went away for a girls get away weekend. We had booked our rooms 10 months ago. When we went to check in they had us on two separate floors. We had asked if we could please be on the same floor and they were very rude and said it wasn't possible. OverpricedWe were charged $145 per night with a AAA discount even though the starting rate on Yahoo is $100. This was our second stay in this hotel and it's very obvious that the owners are starting to cut service to maximize profits. THe free breakfast buffet is a joke.
