Just like the name implies, this is a budget motel. Most of the rooms are about half the price of the well know name brand motels in the area. My room was clean, althought not remodeled in many years. There was a color TV, hot and cold running water, a room heater and a telephone. There was free coffee, doughnuts and cereal in the morning. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and will go there again.
