Very clean and huge. In fact, the sink part of the bathroom could sleep 2 kids in sleeping bags! We had the 2 dbl. beds with micro and fridge. I would go there again. We took the candlelight tour of the Caverns and it is awesome. We went to the local cemetary where the view is great, a County fair and a trip to Middleburg which was fun. All in all, a wonderful time. Disliked nothing

We just got back from our relaxing vacation. The Howe Cavern and their motel is in such a beautiful location. The motel was clean and the 2 double bed room was larger then we thought. There is a refrigdator/microwave in the room. Bring your own breakfast because the small muffins, coffee and oj in not enough. And the seasonally on grounds ...

We really enjoyed our visit to Howe Caverns. It was very educational, but not recommended for small children due to going into the cavern where the temperature stays at a constant 52-degrees year round. Even if you aren't into rocks, this is truly something to see!!!
We visited Cooperstown prior to going to Howe Caverns and there is a shop on Main Street in Cooperstown that sells discount tickets for the cavern.
