Very DisappointingRecently, my husband and I visited Lake Geneva for the first time. While the downtown shops & restaurants were well-kept and the people very nice, our first impression of the area very nearly sent us home in disappointment. Nothing Like the Website ShowsAlthough the suites here were clean, they are very tiny, the decor is outdated and worn, and the place is NOT on the lake. It is about a block and a half away from the lake. For the cost, we could have done alot better.OVERALLService

I STAYED FOR 2 NIGHTS FOR MY ANNIVERSARY ON NOVEMBER 11,2005.
ON THE SECOND DAY THE REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT RESTOCK FOR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST FOOD, WINE, AND COFFEE SUPPLIES. THE BED LINENS WERE NOT CHANGED AND THE JACUZZI & SUITE WERE NOT CLEANED.
