We stopped in Sat. night about 6PM. The young man in the office didn't know how much the rooms were, he called someone and I could hear the guy on the other end say $35, $40. $45, is that OK with them ??
I said "whatever", I need a Queen bed. He gave me the key to a room with twinbeds, the next key he gave me was to a room already ...

I took my kids through the area to Chautauqua and this was the best place for the price. Everywhere else was 100 bucks+ in the area (North East, Dunkirk, Chautauqua, Westfield and Buffalo) and not worth the price. Clean, neat and great service just off the Highway. We visited a few of the wineries that are very close and will be going back again this summer.

We dive on the Lake Erie wrecks and this is the place we all stay. Needless to say we have a ton of equipment for the cold water dives and we feel comfortable with leaving it in the truck because the place is well kept, really clean and safe. As we came to Lake Erie to fish for the season we needed a great place that we could park the boats and trailers. The owner was more than willing to work with us to make sure that we were taken care of the entire time.
And the price was GREAT!!!!

This motel was a great surprise. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and CLEAN. It was easy to get to and close to everything. I highly recommend staying here.
