Hotel is very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance of all attractions in the city. We look forward to returning next year.

I have given them the benefit of the doubt and tried to stay with them a second time and my 2nd stay was worse then my first. The staff was impossible to get a hold of and when you did it took them an eternity to comidate your needs. The room was very clean so good job housekeepers just lack front desk staff!

This is a great hotel in a great little city. We were back in Pella visiting family and the Royal Amsterdam offered a perfect place to stay. The location is perfect and the hotel is great. The cleanliness is outstanding and the management does a wonderful job.

Every time I stay at the Royal Amsterdam hotel, it is so great. The staff has always treated me well and the food is just great. My room is always clean and the bed is made up everyday. I really look forward to staying there whenever I am in Pella. The hotel is almost in the center of town so I can wander as much as I want to and check out all the bakeries, the Windmill and all the other stores. Thank you for a great time.
