we recently came back from our stay @GROTON CHALET. It is renovated very nicely and all the rooms have frig., micro, coffeepot and flat screen tv. there are 3computers avail for guest use and a laundry room. I was pleasantly surprised... esp. after reading those other neg. reviews.
I also used the gym and library, exch. and commissary. All an easy walk and very nice.

There has been no TV in any rooms for the past 5 days already. There are three computers in the lobby that are supposed to have internet access (which do not right now). The Susse Chalet remains an overpriced monopolistic anachronism. It is essentially a budget motel with small rooms, no frills and rudimentary service that charges the same price as significantly better hotels out in town.
