Any rooms in Alturas?!We came thru on a road trip, apparently when a tour of classic cars booked up the rest of town. Had we been in Alturas first, we would have driven by this motel. We had visited the two chain inns in town, No Vacancy. This was a last ditch effort for a tired family.

Perfectly acceptableI read a review of this motel online and took a chance reserving a room, sight unseen. The price was right. If I had just driven through town looking for a motel I wouldn't have stopped at this one as it doesn't look like much, but it turned out to be perfectly acceptable. comfortable bed, nice clean room and big space.everything is so close to store walking distance and to restaurant. easy to find, from redding to alturas, you never miss the
sign hacienda motel . I will stay here again
in the future. I recommend this place if you
go to alturas. Best motel in town and the

A nice breakWe've stayed here numerous times going back and forth from SOCAL to Oregon. The people there are the nicest people and will go out of their way to accomodate you. Will not stay there againPeople were nice, and room was ok until time to go to bed: all the bedding, even down to the mattress pad, had black dog hair on it. Was able to find one clean sheet and blanket on the other bed that our kids were using: thank goodness they had their own bedding.
