Just spent a night at the Grassmere, and hope to return soon!
The new and upbeat summer staff have made many changes and are eager to please, the location is great, and although not 'the Ritz', Grassmere is clean and inviting.

This is the worst place we have ever stayed in our lives - $150 for filth, no one around, a promised breakfast, but no one was there and when we investigated the kitchen, there was nothing in the fridge or cupboards, but 3 teabags. No staff in the morning to complain to - they disappear.

The owners need to be in another type of business.
