The most disgusting motel i've stayed in, including $25 rooms in the middle of nowhere. cinderblock walls, no phones, stained sheets, sliding door that wouldnt close all the way, bugs, dead bugs, holes in floors, garden hose connections coming out of holes in floors, techno music blasting from pool area starting at 7 in the morning..all that for $245 a night. skip it if you have any respect for yourself.

Gotta say the place is weird, but in high season it was practically the only place affordable. We just needed a place to sleep one night after a concert in Westhampton, and weren't planning to spend much time in the room. I would definitely stay here again under the same circumstances.

If you are looking for a good time close to all the hamptons hot nightspots then the acres is perfect. If your looking for a quiet luxurious place then its not for you.
