The outside is run down, the room was filthy. Very stained carpets, mold and mildew in the bathroom, hole punched in the wall and filled with toliet paper, thermostat hanging from the wall, found the taped up remote under the bed. Maid did not leave new towels, cups, or toliet paper. Only good things were the beds were comforable and the water hot.
