For anybody who grew up in a ghetto, the Penn Aire is perfect! The rooms come standard with broken toilets, freezing showers, unapproved electrical wiring, dirty sheets, blood stains on the carpet and the smell of pet urine.
Pets are also welcome free of charge! If you don't have a pet, you can choose from one of the motels many neglected dogs ...

I recently stayed at the Penn Aire Motel and found that it is one of four motels still owned by Americans. The staff was very helpful as I had been involved in an accident that day and didn't know where to stay as I had 2 large dogs with me. The pool has been refurbished and the rooms now use an ecoquest air sanitizing system to eliminate mold, mildew, bacteria, dust mites and odors of all kinds. Staff was friendly and helpful and they even allow pets and kids at no charge.
