first off, Indian Springs resort and spa is different from the lodge at calistoga. most of these reviews make no sense and are obviously not the wonderful place that enjoy ever single year! I talk to a manager who has informed me that they get alot of complaints that arent for there spa, but people assume it is for some reason. I can garantee if you are looking fo the nicest stay, cleanest spa and overall relaxing exprience IS is the place

I used to work at this hotel and let me tell you, don't stay here. Not only are the staff lazy and unprofessional but they don't do their jobs. They NEVER and let me repeat NEVER clean the private tubs or outdoor tubs unless some one dies in them and believe me it happens. The pool area is disgusting and only swim in it if you like ...

It's quaint and old but the staff is very nice and the rooms are clean and considering it is one of the best spa experiences I've ever had time after time, it's a great value and very enjoyable too.
