very warmmy brother aqnd i were doing some family research. wonderful accomodations. great old pioneer town. i recommend the Columbine 100%. If you are looking for all the frills please try somewhere else. If simple warm pleasant accomodations please you then try the Columbine.OVERALL

Rip OffCrowded....drunk Denver crowd on weekends. Owner would not defer payment for last night when we had to leave early due to a hurricane approaching our house at home. $$$ drives this place with no care for personal needs. THE VERY BEST!!!I/We have been there on a few different times and could not want a cleaner place to stay. We will go back!!!It has been over a year since we stayed at this hotel, but we have not forgotten about it. The service was wonderful and the price was great. We will definetely go back!
We checked in after hours because my (now) wife and I went to Idaho Springs on a whim (since we live in the Denver Metro area.) The man we checked in with was very pleasant and welcoming... and we felt that $60 was good for the quaint and cozy room that included a kitchenette.5 of 6 Yahoo!
