I really enjoyed my stay at the Big South Fork Resort. The manager/desk clerk (Kristy) was very friendly and helpful. I never noticed any disorderly conduct with the guest or staff. This hotel is located in the country therefore, it has beautiful landscape and an abundant of wildlife. You are able to see the moutains kiss the sky from the hotel.I would recommend to any individuals, couples, or groups looking for a peaceful visit.

The desk help was courteous, however I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the room. There were dead bugs all along the floor of the front wall-- not just a few; the sheets were too small for the queen size bed. There was no chain on the door and the walls were dirty and stained. I wasn't expecting luxury, but I was expecting the room to at least have been cleaned.
