This is a wonderful place to stay, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great. Never had a breakfast like this before at any other hotel or motel. Biscuits and gravy, waffles and much more. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Close to attractions, shopping and restaurants. You dont even have to move your vehichle. Walking distance to all or you can ride trolley. Will stay again.

We liked the hotel because of the location. It was in the middle of everything. The hotel was clean and we would stay there again.

Our first night stay in Pigeon Forge and our concern was cost and cleanliness. My in-laws were staying at the Holiday Inn Pigeon Forge less than 1 mile down the road. Rooms were great cleanest rooms Ive stayed in, People were very friendly and helpful. Balcony's made the stay even greater. My family has stayed here quite often and this was by far the best weekend we have had there, Try it sometime and you'll agree. Thanks to the entire staff.

For the past six years we have stayed at James Manor twice a year, once in the spring/fall. We have always received excellent customer service from the entire staff. The registration clerks have went beyond the call of duty to assist my family in making our stay the BEST!!
