we have been to the chalet twice, the rooms are comfortable, clean, the kitchenets make it easy to stop at a store, buy some items and cook in if you desire. The management is invisible unless you need them. Added touches like a library of good vcr movies, full cable, and a fabulous enclosed hot tub makes this a bargain.
