Family of four stayed in the camping cabin and really enjoyed it. The cabin was not big but comfortable and affordable. The ambience of the little stream behind it was a great attraction and the hiking trails throughout the park were a good warm up for trails in Pisgah. Loved the peace and quiet, the clean campsites and campground, plenty of trees, the archery range, the fishing pond complete with ducks and geese and their goslings, the cheerful attitudes of all the help there, the convenience of the little camp store, and the location.
It was close to the Pisgah Forest and other National Parks and only 5 miles away from Brevard, a great little town for shopping and eating out.

The family cabins are awesome nicely decorated. The cabins are perfect for our family of four. Everthing was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Located in a very beautiful area.....we will be back

Small cabins by the stream are cute and comfortable. We aren't talking luxery, but they are clean and have a little bit of ambiance. A good value. Sure beats staying in a hotel and eating out.
