    Bobby and Jinger are wonderfully accommidating. The living quarters were very clean, well decorated, homey, and comfortable. I very much enjoyed staying there!

    Jinger and Bobby are a delight. The room we had was perfect ... private, cozy, and warm. We felt right at home.

    The North 40 is close to Lake Burton, great shops within walking distance, and a couple of restaurants, too. It was the perfect romantic mountain getaway.
