    Negative comments about a lack of high quality hotels in an economically depressed area are ignorant. The lack of money in the City built by Springs Industries has allowed for a slump in investment capital to remediate old buildings downtown.     I've known the Ellen Dean since I was a child (circa 1970's). I always thought it was like a homeless place for men. It scared the HECK out of me.
