The Customer Service was horrible. If you must stay at this Motel, my suggestion is to get a written confirmation because 9 out of 10 times the information will be incorrect ie dates, number of people and price quoted will not be the same. We have stayed here several times over the last 20 years. It's always clean, has a nice pool, and is an excellent value. We stay there when we attend our family reunion. We've never had a bad experience here, and plan to return this summer.

Great little place, good restaurant on site, if you stay ~ request the newer section of the motel. The pool needs some updating adn the older section seems to be not as clean but I am sure that is simply the age of the motel. I have stayed there several times in the last 30 years and the service has always be excellent! Great mom & pop place!

The Palace has to be one of the best mom and pop hotels anywhere. Great accomodations, great restuarant on site. The only cons I can come up with are they are doing road construction on the highway where its located and can take some time exiting the parking lot AND there is not any kind of internet access.
