Our family went and had a great time - there are different tiers of pools and all are heated except the water slide one and that one you are only on for just a few seconds before you go down. The management and staff were completely unreliable and unorganized. From the tight casino to the mediocre rooms, the place screamed CHEAP The lack of good service just made our stay here unenjoyable.

The price may be right, but the service is so bad. They run a nazi concentration camp there, with no respect for people's privacy. Their security guards were so rude.

The Bell, front desk and Bingo staff were great, and one of the dealers. Housekeeping was late, or nonexistant. The water slide pool was unheated. There were no refigerators in the rooms, and no ice in the ice machines.
The buffet served cold food, with peas and carrots being the top item on the reader board - that pretty much says it all.
It was severly lacking in most areas. I'll find some place different next trip.

great value. good for family friends or both. cheap drinks. good food. safe to leave boat in slip during your stay. would go back anytime
