We were most impressed with the friendliness and responsiveness of the owner. He was courteous, efficient, and accommodating. The room, though small, was exceptionally clean. Everything worked well--TV, microwave, refrigerator, and of course, AC.

Peaceful property, with a family feel. The host and hostess are kind, and jovial. The property was nicely kept , and rooms were equally clean. I'd stay here again. good price too.

I stayed in Gila Bend for work for about two months time in April and May of 2009. I have stayed in many hotels/motels for I travel quit a bit for work and I must say that this motel rates up there with some of the highher priced ones I have stayed in. The room is always clean and the managers/owners have been nothing but nice. It is not a very big town so it is easy to get anywhere. If I were to come this way again I would have no problem staying here with my family.The price can not be beat for what you get.

It was the worst motel I had stayed in during my 7 days trip.The owner was very nice but the room did not seem too clean.I was afraid to walk without shoes on, since the carpet did not look ok.While taking the shower, I was afraid that I get a fungus on my feet.Maybe they got the wrong choice of bathrooms tiles..I don't know;)...nothing ...

The proprietors are always extremely polite and welcoming. The rooms, although very small, have every amenity; refrigerator, microwave, shampoo, etc. It looks as if they have recently remodeled. The bathroom tile and fixtures look new. It is a comfortable, functional rest stop.
