I called the Ranch House to make a reservation and a woman answered the phone "HELLO." Well, I thought I had the wrong number. When answering the telephone at a business, you wouldn't answer it like that. She was very rude and said there are no rooms available for the day in question. I wanted to give her my phone number and name in case of a cancellation, she hung up on me in the middle of me talking.
