Let's see, the staff was friendly but the rooms weren't that clean. The worst thing is the location....next to the rail road tracks...2 and 3 in the morning with a train going by isn't very pleasant!

If I come down to train at Ft. Polk again, I will definately stay at the Sandman! Good size, clean comforatable rooms, friendly staff, and good prices. I have stayed at chain hotels before, and this hotel is nicer than many of the chains... no joke!

If you are looking for a reasonable place with nice rooms, and not looking to spend an arm and leg i recommend Sandman Motel. I was definitely SURPRISED...I passed by many times in my visits as a salesman, but one day I decided to try it out. IT WAS GREAT!!!!! Thanks for all the hospitality.

Great place to stay!! Will stay here again if needed!! The motel employees are very easy to get along with and very courtious!! The rooms were clean and updated with microfridges and most important, a wide variety of cable T.V. viewing. Great location, and Great price!! Thanks Sandman Motel for the great stay!!!!!!
