great place for the kids to go for spring break. rooms could be cleaner but what do you expect from a motel... this isn't the hilton. i have been the the past 10 years with my kids. they continue to want to go back because it is a great beach. i have no plans of staying anywhere else when we are on spring break.

I have stayed here before and just came back from staying here in April..very nice and clean. The only thing is those pigeons that go to the bathroom on your balcony all the time. Would stay here again!

We have been staying at The Osprey for 15 years and will go back next year. The romms are clean and the staff is so accommodating. The rates are good and the location is great. I just hope they don't sell out to one of the hugh conglomerates like so many of the other family owned motels have.

The room and entire grounds are well-maintained. We like the full glass wall facing the beach. Have been going to the Osprey every year for 15 years. What else is there to say?
