We have been staying at The Osprey for 15 years and will go back next year. The romms are clean and the staff is so accommodating. The rates are good and the location is great. I just hope they don't sell out to one of the hugh conglomerates like so many of the other family owned motels have.

The room and entire grounds are well-maintained. We like the full glass wall facing the beach. Have been going to the Osprey every year for 15 years. What else is there to say?

Upon arrival a member of the staff showed us our room before we even checked in. She also showed us the pool and hot tub and the surrounding property. It was so clean, inside and out. It was really quiet too. Great location! Walking distance to fishing pier, shops, and restaurants.We will be back!

We love the Osprey, Its owned by a very nice family. Thery do nicve things for their guest.bar b ques on the sun deck, movies & pop corn in the sun room. Its right on the beach & always clean.
The prices have gone up a lot but still better price than most. You will enjoy it.

This is a a destination for families with young children or adults who go to bed at 9:00. Was unhappy with the location and the staff. Also, dissatisfied customers may leave but do not expect refund for unused nights.

It was our first time staying there and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a great view and the hot tub was available when we wanted to use it. We will definitely go back there.

I loved the fact that you did not have to deal with teenagers. Nice quiet setting great drinks and wonderful clubs nearby. The room was great priced just right clean and ocmfortable staff was very helpful and everything we needed was within walking distance.

We just came back on Friday June 9,2006. We had a wonderful stay. It was a great hotel, we did not have any problems. You had two different pools to choose from. The balconies we huge compared to most of the hotels I have stayed in. The rooms and the hotel were really nice for what you paid. Very much worth every penny we paid. We will be back at PCB and will stay at the osprey motel very soon.

I and my two teen age children went for a 3 day stay. We would have checked out after the first day except (did not know this until after my credit card was billed) there are no refunds if you are dissatisfied.
