staff is wonderful, facilities good adn the view is awsome

Afterbeing told we wuld have an gulf view,
we were put in a room stuck behind the cabana
room with on gulf view .After heavy complaining ,They then moved us to a room at
the Osprey motel their sister property next door.

Driftwood Lodge is on the quiet end of the beach where you know that you can relax. The place is privately owned so you get personal attention by the owners.

One of the very few ground level motels, where you can just walk out of your room to courtyard! Very family oriented, games for kids (just had easter egg hunt), clean rooms, friendly stuff, they will even cook for guests their famous DOUG'S SEAFOOD CHOWDER. We liked everything about this motel. We have been going there for 30 some years. Took our kids and grandkids there. Now our great nieces and nephews are staying there. We only hope they will not be taken over by all the disgusting high rises being built. We also like the Siesta Key area of FL. Have been going there some for 14 years.

The Driftwood is very family oriented. I have been a regular guest with the Driftwood for several years now and I have always enjoyed my stay!

I love this place. We try to stay here whenever we go to Panama City Beach, if at all possible, which is not always the case because they stay pretty booked up. The Bungalows are great. You open the door to the room and you are right there on the beach. Picnic tables are on the patio, too. Very nice and not too expensive!
