This is the most disgusting place EVERThe parking lot is littered with trash, trash and mop buckets were piled up in the garage area by the elevators, small hairs on the beds top comforter, rooms have nasty unclean tile grout, dated rooms with mirrors on ALL walls with plastic shower board, greasy prints on mirrors and windows, gross mop in closet. Most Awesome place to stay Ever!I have stayed at Continental Condominiums for about 12 years now - Now that I am 30 and have a family of four this is by far the best place for your money - the rooms are very reasonbly priced as you can stay for 7 nights for 1045.00 (tax included) and that is for a 1 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 6 - for those of you that say the rooms are dirty - ...6 of 6 Yahoo! Clean, cheap, on beach & easy walk to Pier ParkThis complex is older but has clean, inexpensive rooms with a responsive staff. You can walk to the new outside mall, Pier Park which has super restaurants, shops and a movie theater. Great for the adults and kids!3 of 3 Yahoo! Don't Stay Here!I booked this condo online...based on the price and the reviews on yahoo.
I guess you get what you pay for. This was the absolute Dirtiest place I have ever stayed...from the elevators to the halls..it was disgusting.
We found hairs in our bed...the carpet was filthy as was the funiture.

balconywhen we booked our room we were suppose to have two beds but upon check-in we only had one bed and the website says a balcony for all units but we had no balcony and when we asked about it they told us the 6th floor didn't have balconies. website needs to be changed because this is very misleading.1 of 2 Yahoo! Great PlaceAs a motel owner, it is pretty hard to please me. THESE PEOPLE ARE GREAT!!! we have a condo in Daytona and I wish it was maintained this well. Found this place by accident. Great rates and friendly staff. It ain't the Ritz-Carlton but it feels like home. Every need was met and then some. Will be back soon! Thanks for a great stay.4 of 4 Yahoo! Horrible experience!!!This was one of the most disgusting places I've ever stayed at. The blankets had holes in them, the foldout sofa bed was broken, the kitchen cabinets smelled like someone threw up in them, tv gone from bedroom, light sockets loose, raggedy carpet, no lighting at the small pool, rust in the fridge, the room was not clean, there were ants all ...2 of 3 Yahoo! GREAT VACATIONMy sister ,mom,dad,and me go to panama about 7 times a year.We love continental condos because there is no noisy people to bother us. The washer and dryer for your clothes is on the 1st floor but it is easy to get to because the elevator is very close to it.

Home Away From HomeThere is nothing negative about these condo's. We have been staying here for about 12 years and love every part of it. The rooms are clean and the staff are great, good parking, all good! Definitely a family place, spring breakers might not appreciate the quiet, relaxed atmosphere though.
