The son who works there is extremely rude! After staying there several years, we won't be back. We had an emergency and had to check out a day early and he wouldn't refund our money or ever let us come back at a later date. We are locals and will spend our money elsewhere.

Not fancy, but all the comforts needed in the room. Clean room, clean sheets and hot showers. Stay in hotels 100+ nights per year and was skeptical of the lower price being a reflection of the room condition and location. This is a great place to stay. We stayed several times within the last several years and it has not lost its charm. Sure its not fancy, but the price is amazing and its right across the street from the beach.

my friend and i were only there one night but the couple that worked there(owners maybe) were very friendy. it was quiet clean and fairly priced. i would go back next time i visit.

I needed a place to stay close to the beach without killing my budget. I had seen the Gulf View Motel many times in going by, so I called to see what the room rates were and what type of rooms they had. The Gentleman on the phone was so courteous and very informative that we decided to stay there.
It is very clean and well worth a stay there!

My family were coming to stay in Mexico Beach with me about a month ago for Spring Break, except we were living in a town house with no where to park cars and we didn't have extra beds so I stopped by "The Gulf View Motel" to see how much it would be i also got to see the rooms, WOW! Great prices, (affordable) and its a comfortable atmosphere!!!
