The Ventura Resort Rentals Staff is the GREATEST!! They are the most professional and courteous people I have ever come in contact with in a Vacation Home rental agency. The Manager is very nice and she came to the office on Thanksgiving night just to call us to make sure that we had received the gate code for our townhouse which was sooo beautiful. We would rent this company everytime we come to Disney!!

I had such a great experience with this company!! They have such a helful staff who have the best customer service! The rental rate was the best in town and the service was even better! I stayed in a beautiful brand new resort Heritage Key Villas.....WOW!!!! I would recommend this company to any and everyone traveling to Disney...will be back!!
