Our favorite place in Everglades CityExcellent location, pet friendly, and the buildings and grounds are regularly being upgraded. We have stayed at other nearby motels but this place is the best so far. The screened-in porch overlooking the lagoon in back is top notch. Great location! The place needs some overhaul....My husband and I went there this 4th of July weekend. We were welcomed very well. We had Juice and cinnamon roll as welcome. The property sits five feet from the water. You can park your car and boat right under the apartment. The dock and ramp are walking distance from the villas. The back porch overlooks the lake, it's magnificent.

Get away from it allThis is indeed the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day city life. My boyfriend told me about this place all the time and we finally made a family vacation there in March of '07. I absolutely loved it. The back porch overlooking the water was unbelievable. Yahoo!! What a place!The rooms were spacious. The deck overlooking the river, outstanding!
Staff was nice. Pet friendly!!! ($10.00 per pet per night)
The price was right!!
My only complaint was that we could not stay longer because they were booked.

Perfect Hideaway for MeThis waterfront motel is absolutely wonderful. The balcony overlooks the waterfront and it's beautiful both sunrise and sunset. Went on the 4th of July and we just sat on the balcony with the fireworks directly above us reflecting on the water having a great time. Don't miss this wonderful hidaway.2 of 2 Yahoo! DO NOT GO THEREWe made reservations for a family vacation. When we arrived they did not have lodging available. Proprietor indicated she had forgotten to write our information down. Great place to stay. Well stay there next time we go.We loved this place, it was in a great location in Everglades city. The managers were great also, very nice. The only thing that we did not like is we had wished that the river behind the cottage was a little deeper for the boats to come in and out. Other then that we will be staying there again the next time we go. Would recommend this to anyone. The price is also great compared to the other places there in Everglades city.4 of 4 Yahoo!
