Went to Natural Body before the New Year to get primped for the holiday and received the antioxidant facial with some type of cranberry peel-my skin was glowing. I've been to Red Door a few times and my experience with Makeda at Natural Body far exceeded my trips to Red Door. The brazilian wax was virtually pain free and clean as the day I was born! Prices were reasonable- good deal!

Even we paid for 60 minutes massage lasted only 45. Massage therapists are unexperienced. Very very low customer service level.
I will never go back. Staff was not kind.

I don't understand the negative reviews posted here as I have never had a bad experience. Yes, this is not a resort spa with big fluffy bathrobes, lockers, showers, pool, etc. That is why you do not pay resort spa prices. First, the spa opened 30 minutes late. I thought I'd arrived at the wrong time but I didn't. I stood outside calling when someone raced to the door to apologize and open late.

Second, I had a massage, but there was no locker room/showers. If there was, they didn't show me to them. I walked out oily and had to go home in my original clothes (which now had to be washed). The massage was not that great.

I have never had a bad service here.However, I have encountered some unpleasant patrons (cell phone talkers in the waiting area,etc) which the management are quick to set limits on. I have had most of the services available and since they carry most of my favorite products I purchase them there. all in all- I highly recommend the spa.

Just got back from a facial. The experience was excellent. Geneene was great. She asked what my concerns were, addressed them professionally, suggested products they sell as well as products they don't that I could try. The facial experience was very relaxing. My face felt wonerful when it was over. Highly recommend a facial from Geneene.

When I first arrived at Natural Body it felt cozy and relaxing. I was however, disappointed with the robe I got. It had holes and looked warn out. You would think at a nice place like this one they could afford nice spa attire. Overall, I had great services, but I would recommend new robes!

I got a facial last week from Massi. She come off as being rather unfriendly and unprofessional. I also found that the owners, especially Paige was rude to me. I just moved to the Ballston area and was greatly disappointed with the poor service and the management.
