Lissette gave a facial and she was terrific as was the make up gal, Donni afterwards. It was so relaxing! I have been looking for a great Spa experience since I moved to DC from LA 3 years ago. I finally found it at this Red Door location in Pentagon City. It really was a wonderful experience!

Very Disappointed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/29/09
The spa techs. were nice but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service. I expected more from a spa as established as Red Door.
Three of my lady friends and myself were given spa packages as gifts. We made reservations 2 weeks in advance, however, when we arrived we got the feeling we were not expected.
I have been seeing Heather at the Red Door in Pentagon City for about 2 years now. She is always so excited to cut my hair because I always wait much to long between my appointments-so we get to try something new every time. I always leave feeling so good about how I look and how I feel. We have so much fun during our hour together. She is so ...

Great Experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/27/08
I recently saw Heather Wright at Red Door in Pentagon Row for both my trial hair and wedding day hair. I have to say, usually I feel very nervous about someone new doing my hair, but she made me feel comfortable right away. She was very attentive and patient...I had alot of ideas. She made me feel and look more beautiful than I could ever have ...

Pros and Cons
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/24/08
I've been going to this location for over 2 years. The employees who actually preform the services are all excellant in my experiences. They do their best to cater to you, the customer.
One big item that the spa needs to work on is the management of the spa. The girls working the front desk need a few lessons in professionalism. One of the ...

not worth it
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/25/07
The pedicure was one of the worst I ever had. Costed over $77 dollars and lasted a little over a week. I have had a few services and overall not worth the price.

Wedding Pampering
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/20/07
My Maid of Honor and I went to the Red Door salon in Arlington for my bridal preparation!
We both had mani & pedi's...which lasted almost a full 2 weeks! Well worth the high price~! I splurged and had the Olive Oil treatment for the pedicure, which really made my feet baby soft and skin too.
My MOH got me the express aromatherapy ...

Lackluster Pedicure
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/15/07
I had a sea salt pedicure ($77) at the Arlington, VA location and was pretty disappointed in the quality of it. I guess I expected there to be some soft music playing and a relaxing atmosphere. There was no music at all. The technician didn't explain what she was doing, so I wasn't sure what was coming and why she used the different ...

Wonderful Massage
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/16/07
Petar gives the most wonderful massages you could ever imagine. The price is a little high, but the experience was a completely relaxing hour. Afterward you can sip on deliciously refreshing cucumber water. Take a cab home so you don't spoil the relaxed feeling!
You don't get many pedicures with a view! I had a wonderful 'sea spa' pedicure with Mai. Really relaxing, professional, great products. And nice not to have to look at a wall!
