I went there for the first time in January of 2007 in North Raleigh and was treated like a queen. I took a friend and we enjoyed the muditation and then we sat in the steam room. It was a great time to relax and the staff was so friendly and accomodating. On my next visit I did a body wrap and a facial and I was in heaven. My massage on my most ...
My husband and I went today (Thursday 3 p.m.) for the first time for my Birthday and we both loved it! We both received facials and full body massages. Laura is GREAT! The atmosphere and service at this Skin Sense are worth every penny!
I'm new to the Cary area, but so far one of the best experiences I've had in my life has been to visit this spa. I highly recommend a 50 minute massage for total relaxation and a new lease on life. I'm looking forward to a peppermint patty. This is the most decadent of all the massages. I found all of the staff to be very professional ...

Will be looking for a new spa!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/24/09
Skin Sense called my husband and I as we were walking out the door to tell us they had to reschedule our couple's massage till 2 hours later than it was scheduled for. Then they offered us hot stones in our massage as compensation. Their cancellation policy is clear, and if I would have had to change my appointment time, I would have been paying... but since it was them inconveniencing their customer it wasn't a big deal!!

Go somewhere else

I have visited this spa several times to give them a second and third chance at more than one of their locations and . . . its second rate treatments with great therapists who all seem to be robots and could care less where they work. My last service was a $70 pedicure, the nail tech said they were out of 2 of the products that were to have been ...
I wanted to let you know how my first time visit at skins sense in brier creek went. I had called the brier creek location to set an appointment 5 days prior to valentines day. I wanted to make this a special trip to the spa because my fiance and I both work 2 jobs and we have been planning for our wedding and I thought that we needed some ...
I love Skin Sense. They have the best atmosphere than any other spa in the area. Everyone is nice and they have an awesome selection of services.

Don't Waste Your Time
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/07/08
At the Brier Creek location, I have to say that the some of the front desk team are some of the most unprofessional, unaffected people I've had to deal with. I booked an appoinment for my mother's birthday to get the facial of her choice.I made sure to let my mother know to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of her service. My ...
No one was friendly, we waited 20 minutes, we got no leg massage, did not feel like pampering for triple the price. I can get a much better pedicure anywhere else! Don't waste your money. This is not a spa. They just crank people through. Also, NO choice of nail colors. Most nail places have hundreds. They had 30 or so. Go anywhere else but Skin Sense!

disappointed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/09/08
I was disappointed by my experience here. I bought services for my daughter as a treat for her doing well in school. We arrived 5-10 minutes early for our appointment and still waiting 20 minutes before being serviced. We were not asked if we wanted anything to drink given it was 100 degrees outside. In addition, our manicurist asked why my ...
