The hotel offers you a rare serenity, service is well done and i must say the hotel attendants are very warm.The casino makes it a perfect place to shop eat and go retire in the hotel.I would recomend you to try the great experience.

A little expensive for what it has to offer, but otherwise, it is a nice place to stay, I found the staff very warm and friendly.

Never seen something kitch like this in south africa.
Rooms very clean. good service..but it is not Africa..as we know.
The best thing is the safety place...

Spent a week there and the only bad thing is that they have a dress code.. the weather wants to make you walk about with less clothing on that required :P

Really enjoyed staying there.. the Staff are really friendly and always up for a laugh .. deffonately wouldn't mind staying there again .. 9/10

Liked it a lot, nice decorated rooms and breakfast was perfect.Pricing a little too high but acceptable.Short walking distance to the casino and good restaurants over there.When I return to JHB for sure this hotel again

The Palazzo hotel is honestly the best hotel I have stayed at in ages, great service, central to fantastic entertainment and awesome food. Situated right next to the best casino and entertainment venue in SA, Montecasino, it makes for a visit worthwhile with the variety of restaurants and entertainment available.
