Food was not bad. But the service was shockingly bad:

- spilt a 1/4 bottle of our BYO Bollinger champagne
- Got the bill wrong 3 time! Including trying to charge us for the bottle of Bollinger that we bought.

We were taken to the 'Humble House' fusion restaurant in Beijing by one of China's 'new rich' in late October. The restaurant was unheated, befitting its Chinese name: 'Cold house'. If money does not matter, this restaurant is great for ambivalent and food presentation.
It is anything but humble! The interior decoration is grand to the name. The food is a feast for the eyes.
