Clean, comfortable, convenientMy husband, son and I stayed overnight on 12/8/07 for a Mavericks game. (The hotel is only 3 blocks away from the American Airlines Center.) The friendly check-in staff asked if it was our 1st stay (which it was) then explained some of the amenities. The biggest plus is that the front desk is staffed 24 hours.

Beautiful view of skyline!I was told that hotel was "right across from American Airline Center" when i called months in advance to make reservations. Upon arrival i find that they are actually three blocks from AA center. The shuttle will bring you to AA but will not pick you up. Very good hotel for the priceIt was a nice hotel located right outside of the city. The only bad part was that there were no restaurants in the area. Calling out for delivery was quite expensive.OVERALL

Great Location; Great RoomsRooms are spacious with everything you'd need while away from home. Hotel offers a very fair discount for Zale Lipshy Hospital patients, which explains our 5 different stays there while my wife was receiving treatment. The location can't be beat. complete mini suiteI've stayed there several times and have enjoyed it each time. The rooms are complete with private bedroom, full kitchen, nice decor and convenient parking. The breakfast is typical for free hotel fare and the little shop has a good selection of goodies to take up to the room (popcorn). The staff are limited in their helpfulness. Wonderful staffThe staff were very helpful- wonderful place, staff was extremely accomodating. I would recommend anyone with a family to try this hotel. We will not go backIt was dingy and dungeon like. The breakfast was no better than a Hampton Inn. The halls were filled with guests coming back from the desk with towels - there are only two per room. There is no daily maid service beyond making the bed and leaving the two towels. Decent Hotel for a great priceBradford Suites was typical for an extended stay hotel. The pool was nice, the grounds were clean and there was a small 24 hour market loaded with food, beverages, and toiletrees. Excellent location to get to downtown, uptown, and the interstates. Very satisfactory stay!My husband and I moved to Dallas recently, and stayed here for a week till we moved in our apartment. All rooms are suites with a well-equipped kitchen, very clean, great location near downtown, free local calls, high-speed Internet access, complimentary shuttle service for downtown, and a very good continental breakfast included.
