I stayed at the W for a conference. The location was good. For the price, though, Internet should be free, not at a daily price. Bottled water for $9 - I went to 7/11.

The room was clean, though it looked like a college dorm room. The staff was helpful with directions and local information.

My wife and I left for a weekend get away. The front desk staff was able to check us into our room 3 hours early with a smile and no hesitation at all. Was not told that the lobby was under "Refreshing", which meant there was not lobby.
Valet parking was $28.00 per day in an outside lot I could have parked in for half the price.
I had to call to get the room made up at 4pm.
Not worth the money!

My husband planned a getaway for the 2 of us. We stayed at the W and were wowed by our experience there. The decor was very chic. The rooms were beautiful and provided great comfort.

The spa was outstanding. We had a great time on Friday and Saturday nights when the DJ was there and provided us with great music to dance to.
