Room was next to highway making it very hard to get a goods night rest. Has problems with the plumbing in the bathroom. No hot water the morning and they ran out of food at breakfast. The customer service was awful when these problems were brought to their attention. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, but with all the other hotels close by I will be choosing one of those during my next trip to Northwest Arkansas.
