Steaks were very rare when we ordered well done. Dinner is served 45 minutes after order and was not hot. Lobster appitizer tasted like it was from a can or imitation. NO BREAD was given. Veggies were smothered with butter and not cooked well. Dinner for two without drinks was $110.00. -- Service was terrible, Cook did not follow instructions ...

My family and I stayed there and did not like the place. Everything takes a long time for any services, especially housekeeping. Ghetto neighborhood and too much noise. Pool was plain with not enough chairs and no decor. Cannot order drinks from bar either.

Try this place, I live in San Jose and have never tried this restaurant. The steak is the best I have ever had. Also try the Cheese cake....mmmm I didnt care for the Letus or the crab cakes. Nothing worth writing home about. Also look over the wine list, we both picked the cheapest bottle and loved it.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and enjoy the fact it's next to the convention center which is why I was in San Jose.

The staff is nice, the rooms are comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. They have irons & blow dryers in every room.

Excellent location if you have to go to the convention center. It's just next door. No mini-bar in room. Internet connection worked fine, but with some interuptions.

Very convenient for the SES conference in San Jose . It was a very comfortable room and I slept well. Second time there, and I will come back next year.

There is nothing negative to say about the San Jose Marriott. It has it all from service to cleanliness.
With the amount of time we spend in San Jose it is truly our home away from home. We wouldnt stay anywhere else.

This is the best hotel that I have stayed at. The service was great, staff went above and beyond my expectations and the hotel was beautiful.
